Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected EU countries. If your country is not yet listed at checkout, please email info@thetulacode.com and we'll do our best to find a way to get Tulā Code to you. Outside the UK and EU, our chocolate is also available through stockists in Hong Kong, Qatar, and Greece.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders dispatched twice weekly. Standard Royal Mail tracked delivery typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. EU delivery times vary by country, usually 4 to 8 working days.
What does delivery cost?
For order within the United Kingdom
Free standard delivery on orders over £40.
UK Standard: £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 to 3 working days).
UK Express: £5.00 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 to 2 working days).
UK Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm: £12.00. Order by 10am GMT, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after the cut-off dispatch the following working day.
Free local delivery for N6 postcodes if the orders are over £40.00
All orders are tracked and dispatched from London.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you reach us in time. Please email info@thetulacode.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order, ideally sooner. We process orders quickly, so once a parcel has been dispatched we can no longer cancel it, though you may still be able to return it under our returns policy.
In the rare case that something is wrong with your order, please email info@thetulacode.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Change-of-mind returns on opened or perishable food cannot be accepted.
