Meet the founder
Embarking on a personal quest to address my own health challenges, I delved deep into the world of nutrition. This exploration was transformative, revealing the profound influence of nutrients and lifestyle choices on our cellular health and the synergistic workings of body, mind, and soul. This journey reconnected me with my Indian heritage and fostered a deep respect for global cultures celebrated for their longevity and healthspan. To deepen my understanding, I pursued a diploma in Natural Vegan Chef from CNM - College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, further enriching my passion and knowledge in this field.
While the science behind Longevity Principles and Diet is well-established, it remains underutilised by many. At Tulā Code, our mission is to shift mindsets about aging, spotlighting the vital role of preventative healthcare. We're dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace a healthier, longer life.
Going Beyond the Daily Recommended Intakes
We use the Daily Recommended Values (DRVs) from the British Nutrition Foundation as a guideline, and the nutrient values for our ingredients are taken from Quadram Institute & the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) as well as other world food composition datasets.
Drawing on additional scientific research on healthy longevity, we have specifically designed our products to not only help you meet your daily requirements of key nutrients but also those that aren't included in these DRVs, such as prebiotics, enzymes, phytochemicals and various bioactive compounds.
Our nutritional approach is the convergence of the evidence-based ancestral wisdom from around the world - especially from the Blue Zones, Ayurvedic traditions, modern nutritional science and the research and writings of some of the most esteemed contemporary minds in the field of nutrition & longevity: David A. Sinclair, Prof. T Colin Campbell, PhD, Dr Elizabeth Blackburn, PhD, Dr Valter Longo, PhD, Dr Joel Fuhrman, MD, Michael Greger, MD FACLM, Andrew Weil, MD and Steven R. Gundry, MD.
Our goal is to bring awareness to an anti-reductionist approach to nutrition, which not only promotes long term health, healing and longevity but is also the most sustainable and joyful way of eating. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
We wouldn't be doing our job 100% if we didn't also take into consideration our planet!
